B2C2 is launching a new Expansion Committee to create space for operators to discuss the challenges they are experiencing with expansion.
These focused, 30-minute sessions will take place from 3 to 3:30 pm on the third Thursday of each month over Zoom. The goal is to create a space for non-profit and public operators to raise concerns, share experiences, and work toward solutions together.
Our first session took place on February 19th, and the focus was on Issues of Financial Reporting. If you are a non-profit operator navigating expansion and are interested in participating, please let us know, and we will add you to the sessions.
