The Childcare Resource and Research Unit has recently published a briefing note on what kind of new funding model Ontario needs. “The purpose of this document is to propose what some key objectives and essential elements of Ontario’s funding and management arrangements should be for 2023 and beyond…. funding must be delivered efficiently, equitably and with unimpeachable accountability for the expenditure of public funds.”
